24th August, 2010

Dear Valued Member,

The TTMA is pleased to invite you to participate in an upcoming Trade Mission titled “Cuba Business Round” organised by the Business Development Company (BDC) in conjunction with the Trinidad and Tobago Trade Facilitation Office in Cuba (TFO), from September 27th to October 1st 2010 in Havana City, Cuba. Participants with previous experience in the Cuban market inclusive of past exhibitors in the Havana Fair are particularly welcomed to take part.

The Cuban market presents significant untapped opportunities for trade, and the expansion and strengthening of ties between Trinidad and Tobago and Cuba. The TFO will assist in coordinating the Business Round and will generate a list of potential business meetings for each participant.

The BDC proposes to cover the cost to participating companies as follows:
Airport Transfers (Airport– Hotel– Airport)
Translation services for each participant during the Business Round
Refreshments during the Business Round meetings
Please note that your company will be responsible for all other expenses

The TTMA also wishes to advise that the BDC is coordinating the “Havana Trade Fair” which will take place from November 1st to 6th, 2010 and is inviting companies who are interested in exporting to Cuba for the trade fair to please contact Ms. Nathali Richards at 652-3973/8779 or .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) for further details.
