Meet our Vice Presidents
Anthony
J. Aboud is Managing Director of Genethics
Pharmaceuticals Limited, a local pharmaceutical and
health care manufacturing company, formed in 1991.
Mr Aboud is an active member of the Trinidad
and Tobago Manufacturers Association (TTMA), with the
position of 1st Vice President, for the year 2003-2004.
He has served as a Director since March 2000. He was
instrumental in proposing and promoting the annual Trade
and Investment Convention (TIC) now in its fifth year.
As TIC?s Chairman, Mr Aboud drives the process to bring
regional and international manufacturers and investors
together to foster regional trade.
Mr Aboud is serving on the boards of
the Business Development Corporation (BDC); and Small
Business Development Corporation (SBDC). He has served
on the boards of Deposit Insurance Corporation (DIC);
and the Foundation for the Enhancement and Enrichment
of Life (FEEL), a charitable organization.
Mr Aboud holds a degree in Business
Administration, with a major in Accounting from Florida
Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida. He was licensed
a Certified Public Accountant by the Department of Regulation,
State of Florida, USA in 1984.
Ramdath
Ramsubir is General Manager of Gopeesingh General
Contractors and Jusamco Pavers Limited; and a Director
of Trinrico Steel & Wire Products Ltd.
Mr. Ramsubir is an active member of the
Trinidad and Tobago Manufacturers Association and 2nd
Vice President on the TTMA board, 2003-2004. He serves
as the Chairman of the TTMA Impediments to Trade Committee;
and is a representative on the Standing Tripartite Committee
on Labour Matters with the Ministry of Trade. He is
an active participant in Trade Missions. and led the
mission to St Maarten, 5 - 8 May 2003.
He is a Director on the following Boards:
Trinidad & Tobago Bureau of Standards, where he
is also active on the Technical/Marketing and Tenders/Finance
Committees; Cleopatra Caribbean Ltd; and Premier Quality
Services Ltd. He also serves on the board of the Caribbean
Export Development Agency.
He is a member of the South Trinidad
Chamber of Commerce and Industry; and the American Chamber
of Commerce of Trinidad & Tobago.
He is a Committee Member of the technical
associations: American Society for Metals; Cast Metals
Association.
Mr Ramsubir achieved his MBA and a Diploma
in Management from Henley Brunell University.
