Export Readiness Scan
The Export Readiness Scan (ERS) is a one-hour consultation delivered through the Export Action Programme (EAP) at the Trinidad & Tobago Manufacturers’ Association (TTMA), designed to support micro and small enterprises in understanding their readiness for export markets.
Through a guided, high-level discussion, the ERS identifies key gaps that may impact a company’s ability to export and provides practical next steps toward becoming export-ready. Each session is tailored based on the business’s current stage of growth.
As part of TTMA’s commitment to supporting its members, the ERS is offered complimentary to TTMA members, while non-members may access the service at a fee of TTD $600 (VAT Inclusive).
The ERS also serves as a first step into the Export Action Programme, where businesses can receive structured, hands-on support to transition from readiness to active exporting.
