The Ease of Doing Business Unit is mandated to facilitate and increase the ease of doing business in Trinidad and Tobago. It is subdivided into two Committees, namely the Legislative Committee and Infrastructure Committee, both of which addresses inefficiencies and pain points that directly affect the manufacturing and related sectors such as:

- Outstanding VAT Refunds
- Foreign Exchange Shortage
- Illicit Trade
- Customs Developments
- Port Developments
- eTeck Parks
